 CRISPR/Cas9の臨床応用に向けて、最適なデリバリーベクターの開発が課題となっている。本総説は、まずCRISPR/Cas9システムと腫瘍治療への応用の可能性について詳述し、次に、さまざまな送達形態を紹介し、物理的、ウイルス性、非ウイルス性のベクターを比較する。さらに、さまざまなタイプの生体物質ベクターの特徴を分析し、特定の腫瘍を治療するためのCRISPR/Cas9送達用ベクターとしての生体材料の使用に関する最近の研究の進展について概説する。最後に、生体材料を用いたCRISPR/Cas9送達システムの欠点と展望についてまとめる。

Conclusions and Prospects
